Insulate Pipes: Wrap exposed pipes with insulation to protect them from freezing temperatures.

Seal Leaks: Check for and seal any gaps or leaks in your home's walls and foundation to keep the cold air out.

Drip Faucets: Let a small, steady drip of water flow from faucets during freezing weather to prevent pipes from freezing.

Open Cabinet Doors: Allow warm air to circulate around pipes under sinks by keeping cabinet doors open.

Disconnect Hoses: Remove garden hoses and shut off outdoor water valves. Utilize a faucet cover to prevent freezing in outdoor pipes.

Maintain Heat: Keep your home heated, especially during extreme cold spells, to prevent freezing in interior pipes.
